Lubricate Threads and Assemble Nut to Fitting Body. Tighten Nut Hand Tight. From that Point, Tighten with Wrench Additional Turns as follows by Size: 1/8" to 1/4" - 1-1/4 Turns 5/16" - 1-3/4 Turns 3/8" to 1" - 2-1/4 Turns Pressures @ 73°F 1/8" - 2800 psi 3/16" - 1900 psi 1/4" - 1400 psi 5/16" - 1200 psi 3/8" - 1000 psi 1/2" - 750 psi 5/8" - 650 psi 3/4" - 550 psi 7/8" - 450 psi Temperature Range -65° F to 200°F Limiting Factor May Be Tubing Temperature Range.
